In-Store Repair and Appraisals:

We have a full repair and manufacturing shop in store. Not only do we offer on-site repair, we also offer custom design, including lost wax casting, hand fabrication and CAD design. We have two jewelers with over 45 years of combined bench experience, a CAD-CAM designer and an apprentice who assists with polishing, finishing, casting, engraving and watch battery installations.

We also have several Graduate Gemologists on staff and offer professional appraisal services for insurance replacement, estate settlement and/or fair market value.

Financing:

Through our affiliation with the American Gem Society and Wells Fargo Bank we offer several financing options.

Dependant upon the item and purchase amount there are plans ranging from 90 day interest free to 36 month traditional accounts. Please feel free to call or come in for further details and specific interest rates on these plans.

Sizing and Upkeep:

We do not charge for sizings, solders, engraving or many basic maintenance services on any of the rings and jewelry items that we sell. This applies not only at the time of purchase, but at any time for the life of the jewelry.

Additionally, all of our pendant chains and the majority of our gold necklaces, bracelets and earrings also carry a lifetime replacement guarantee (inquire in store for details) if they are damaged or defective.

Returns:

Barnes Jewelry will give a full refund on merchandise returned to our store within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be in original, new condition, be unworn, and must have their original packaging including boxes and warranties.

There may be a small refinishing fee based on any original work done on the item. This policy does not apply to special orders and custom design work. The return policy also does not apply to any merchandise that has been altered or repaired by another jeweler.
